How can I contact The Shutter Shop?
Call our showroom team on 0207 751 0937, email sales@shuttershop.co.uk or send the contact form on this page and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You are also welcome to visit our showroom at 102 Waterford Road, London SW6 2HA, by appointment.
What are your opening hours?
Our showroom and office are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, by appointment. The showroom is temporarily closed on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays.
Are you open on bank holidays?
No. We close our showroom on bank holidays, during the Christmas holidays and very occasionally at weekends. You can still send the contact form or email us at any time and the team will reply when we reopen.
Where is your showroom?
Our head office and showroom is at 102 Waterford Road, London SW6 2HA, in Fulham in the heart of the Chelsea Design Quarter. It is a short walk from Fulham Broadway Underground station and Imperial Wharf Overground station.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes, please book before you visit so a member of the team is free to show you the ranges, materials and finishes and talk through your windows. Call us, email us or send the form on this page to arrange a time.
How do I book a free home survey?
Use the Book a free survey button on this page, or call the team. A surveyor will visit, measure every window, bring samples and talk you through the styles and finishes. Site surveys are free of charge within the M25 and the home counties.
Which areas do you cover?
Our London team covers all London boroughs, Croydon, Guildford, Reading and surrounding areas, and parts of Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and more. Local teams cover Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Wiltshire and the South West. If you are not sure, send us your postcode and we will check for you.
What if I live outside your Measure & Fit area?
You can book a video survey, where the team talks you through measuring and choosing your shutters over a video call. Our online DIY service also supplies made-to-measure shutters throughout the UK, ready for you to fit yourself.
What should I include in my message?
The more we know, the more helpful our first reply can be. Tell us which rooms and how many windows you are thinking about, the style you like, whether you would prefer our Measure & Fit service or to fit them yourself, and your postcode. Photos of your windows are always useful.
Can I get an update on an existing order?
Yes. Call 0207 751 0937 or email sales@shuttershop.co.uk with your name and order details and the team will update you. Our order status page also explains what In Production, On Hold and Shipped mean and how delivery and installation timing works.
Can I see colours and materials before I order?
Yes. You can order free colour samples to see colours in your own light, or visit our showroom at 102 Waterford Road, Fulham, London SW6 2HA to see larger samples. Smaller sample panels are brought to survey.
I am an interior designer or builder. Who should I contact?
Our showroom team also looks after trade clients, including interior designers, architects, builders and developers. Get in touch through this page or our trade page and we will organise a tailored trade discount, samples and site surveys for your projects.
