We are delighted to add to The Shutter Shop Range our latest hardwood product Samoa. Featuring an optional hidden hinge, Samoa shutters are a chic and hard-wearing choice. Characteristically robust with a stylish finish, Samoa offers a great solution for almost any interior setting, with a wide range of colours, styles and shapes on offer.
Available at The Shutter Shop, this distinctive new shutter product features thicker frames to accommodate the hidden hinge if a customer selects that option. The louvres and frames are a proportional size, producing a contemporary finish with smooth clean lines.
One of the most recognisable features of Samoa is the lack of visible hinge and is available in a wide range of painted and stained colour options. Shutters are crafted from layers of wood, tightly bonded together reducing the chance of panels and louvres warping or twisting over time.
Crafted from high grade ayous when painted, or premium quality white teak when stained, the wood has a high dimensional stability, making it ideal for joinery and carpentry such as in shutter production. All the wood used in the production of Samoa shutters is sustainably and ethically sourced timber from the Solomon Islands.
