Once you’re happy with the quotation, simply confirm your order and pay the required 50% deposit. We will issue an order confirmation and require written approval before your shutters are placed into production.
Manufacture and delivery
All of our plantation shutters are handcrafted to order and manufactured to your exact specifications. Typical lead times are approximately 9–16 weeks by sea freight or 4–7 weeks by air freight. Please refer to your quotation or order confirmation for the most up-to-date lead time estimate.

We recently completed a full-home shutter installation at a beautiful property in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, supplying and fitting bespoke shutters throughout several key spaces including the bathrooms, dressing room, and study. The home featured a number of large sash windows, making full-height shutters the ideal choice.
This style provides excellent privacy and light control while enhancing the elegant proportions of traditional sash windows - a popular feature in many Buckinghamshire homes. For this project, the homeowner selected shutters from our premium hardwood Fiji range, chosen for its exceptional finish, durability, and refined look.
To ensure every room felt cohesive, each set of shutters was finished in custom colours, carefully colour-matched to the existing interior palette and bespoke joinery throughout the property. Located on a spacious landing at the top of a stairwell, the window was an important source of natural light and a focal point within the home. The challenge was to balance privacy with practicality while preserving the open, bright feel of the space. The same team measures your windows, checks every detail of the specification with you and fits the finished shutters, so one company looks after your project from the first visit to the final adjustment. Our installers fit carefully and leave each room as they found it.
How long does installation take after my survey?
Once you confirm your order, standard made-to-measure shutters take around 12 weeks to be made and delivered, and this can increase at busy times of the year. Special shapes and custom colour matches take up to 14 weeks. When your shutters arrive, our local team contacts you to book an installation date that suits you.
Can I see shutters in person before booking a survey in Buckinghamshire?
Yes. Our showroom is at 102 Waterford Road, London SW6 2HA, in the Chelsea Design Quarter, and is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, by appointment.
