Our head office and showroom is at 102 Waterford Road, London SW6 2HA, in Fulham in the heart of the Chelsea Design Quarter. It is the base for our London survey and fitting team.
The showroom is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, by appointment. Booking ahead means a member of the team is free to show you the ranges and talk through your windows.

Yes. Ask the team for samples of the paints and stains you like so you can see them in your own light. You can also order colour samples online without visiting.
No. Many customers book a free home survey instead, where a surveyor brings samples to you, or a video survey from home. You can also design and buy shutters online and measure them yourself.
Photos of your windows, rough measurements and any paint or fabric samples from the room are all helpful. They let the team suggest the right style, louvre size and colour for each window.
Yes. After your visit we can book a free home survey. Our surveyor measures every window precisely and our own fitters install the finished shutters, so one team looks after the whole project.
